Kaladisha Terms of Use and Conditions

Kaladisha provides a personalized pay-now-watch-now service that allows our members to access entertainment content (“Kaladisha content”) over the Internet on certain Internet-connected TVs, computers, and other devices ("Kaladisha ready devices"). Registration of Kaladisha on a device must be completed. Members can pay only for the programme selected as per their choice, and the link to the selected programme/movie/any art form performance stage will be available for 24 hours from the time of purchase, after making the payment.

1. Membership

1.1 Membership Requirements

Your Kaladisha membership begins after your primary registration (currently free) and continues until terminated. To use the Kaladisha service, you must:

• Have Internet access and a Kaladisha ready device (registration of Kaladisha on a device must be completed).
• Provide us with one or more Payment Methods. A “Payment Method” refers to a current, valid, and accepted method of payment, which may be updated from time to time, including payment through third-party accounts.

1.2 Viewing Plans

We may offer a number of art viewing plans, including plans offered by third parties in conjunction with their own products and services. Kaladisha is not responsible for products or services provided by third parties. Some plans may have unique conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed during sign-up or through other communications. You can find details regarding your membership by visiting the Kaladisha website and clicking the "Account" link available at the top of the page under your profile name.

2. Promotional Offers

From time to time, we may offer special promotional plans or viewing offers (“Offers”). Offer eligibility is determined solely by Kaladisha, and we reserve the right to revoke any offer and put your account on hold if we determine that you are ineligible.

Members of households with an existing or recent Kaladisha membership may not qualify for certain introductory Offers. To determine eligibility, we may use information such as device ID, payment method, or email address used with an existing or recent membership. The terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements will be disclosed during the sign-up process or through other communications.

3. Terms and Conditions

We may from time to time offer special promotional offers, plans or viewing (“Offers”). Offer eligibility is determined by Kaladisha at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to revoke an Offer and put your account on hold in the event that we determine you are not eligible. Members of households with an existing or recent Kaladisha membership may not be eligible for certain introductory Offers. We may use information such as device ID, method of payment or an account email address used with an existing or recent Kaladisha membership to determine Offer eligibility. The eligibility requirements and other limitations and conditions will be disclosed when you sign-up for the Offer or in other communications made available to you.
